Why Do People Get Sick?
You may ask, "Where do diseases come from?" Why do we get sick? We have what we call free radicals. Sad to say, free radicals are in the air that we breathe and in the environment that we live. Question, can we avoid the air? No. If you avoid air, you will be dead. Hence, we can not avoid air and we can not avoid free radical to come in contact with us.
How do you know that free radicals are in the air?
Example, metal, a non-living thing. If you put in a certain place, free radicals will take action on it. What is the function of free radical? It oxidizes. What will it do to the metal? After a few days, if the metal is oxidized, it will rust.

The factors that increase free radicals in our body:
Regular intake of fatty foods such as pork, skin of chicken, deep fried foods, French fries, all crispy of foods cooked in deep oil with high cholesterol You can get heart stroke.
Heavy smoking and drinking of wine. Heavy smoking and drinking do not bring any good to your body. If you are addicted to smoking and drinking, good news, you will not get sick tomorrow, the other day, or next month or next year but 10 to 20 years from now if you will not stop, your liver might become hard. You might have jaundice, you might have hepatitis, cirrhosis or liver cancer. 10 to 20 years from now, you might be hard up on breathing, you may need an oxygen, etc. It's true you feel nothing now but deep inside your body, you already have an illness.
